Services and Rates
The financial aspect of therapy is equally as important as finding the right clinician. I am committed to offering information in as transparent and straightforward way as possible.
Services
Before booking an intake/diagnostic assessment, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to all prospective clients. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions about therapy with me, insurance, or anything else!
-
At the beginning of therapy, we start by completing a comprehensive diagnostic assessment (DA), discussing your treatment goals, and developing a collaborative treatment plan. This can include a few self-report measures (PHQ-9, GAD-7, etc.) and me asking a lot of questions regarding your current symptoms, personal history, and other important factors. Typically this takes 1-2 sessions (53+ min each).
-
After the DA, we transition to “doing the work” of therapy and addressing your goals, symptoms, and concerns. I often begin sessions by asking “what are you needing from our time today?” and encourage you to be reflective about your goals. Depending on your need, we may talk about important topics, engage in EMDR, or practice skills. These sessions last about 53-55 minutes.
-
I view clinical supervision a a collaborative process that supports therapists in developing their clinical skills, professional identity, and ethical decision-making while providing high-quality care to clients. Through guidance, reflection, and constructive feedback, I will encourage you toward ongoing learning, confidence, and growth! Supervision sessions last 55-60 minutes.
